Content Availability

Video content linked by Charms is hosted on YouTube and is subject to availability. Videos may become unavailable due to creator actions, YouTube policy changes, or other factors outside Charms's control.

No Licensing Claims

Charms curates and recommends educational video content. Charms does not own, license, or host the video content accessible through our cards.

Refund Policy

If a significant number of cards in your pack link to unavailable content, contact support@deweydrawer.com for assistance.

Trademarks

YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Charms is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.

Intellectual Property

The Charms brand, card designs, original artwork, and software are the property of UpKeepr LLC, dba Charms. Third-party content accessed through Charms remains the property of their respective owners.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Charms offers two independent subscriptions: Box Connection (required to scan and play cards on the Box) and Card Delivery (optional monthly card packs). You can manage, pause, or cancel each independently from your account dashboard.

Both subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If we ever change the price of a subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance before the new price takes effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel either subscription at any time, in two clicks from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — we do not issue partial-month refunds or prorate the remaining days.

If you cancel Box Connection, the Box pauses and you will not be able to scan or activate new cards until you resubscribe. Your account and your existing card collection are preserved — we never delete or disable cards you have already received.

Cards you have received are yours to keep. They remain playable as long as your Box Connection is active, regardless of whether Card Delivery is active or cancelled.

Right of Withdrawal and Hardware Returns

As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of the Box (hardware) within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@deweydrawer.com before the 14-day period expires. We will arrange return shipping and issue a full refund of the hardware price once we receive the item in its original condition.

In addition, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the Box. If you are not satisfied with the hardware for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will accept a return for a full refund of the hardware purchase price. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

The right of withdrawal and the 30-day guarantee apply to the Box hardware only. Shipped card packs are personalised physical goods and are not eligible for return once dispatched, unless defective.
