The Charms Starter Kit

Everything you need to get going. One-time purchase. Ships ready to plug in.
- ·The Box — a small digital box (akin to a Tonies box) that plugs into your TV via HDMI and runs the whole show.
- ·The Wheel — Rolodex-style card flipper for your first child's active deck. Add embossing with your child's name for +€9 at checkout.
- ·40 Charm cards — curated to your child's age and interests.
- ·USB-corded handheld scanner — same kind you've used at self-checkout. Child-tested.
- ·HDMI cable and power adapter — no extra trips to the hardware store.
Add-ons (one-time)
For families with more than one child, more than one TV, or anyone who wants the wireless scanner.
Wireless scanner

Swaps the USB-corded scanner for a wireless one at checkout. Nicer to hand to a child who roams.
Extra Wheel
€29 (+€9 to emboss)
For a second (or third) child. Each child keeps their own active deck. Cards travel between Wheels however you like. Add your child's name embossed in the frame for +€9 at checkout.
Extra Box
€99
A second Box for a different TV — living room and playroom, or one at home and one at the grandparents' house. Includes its own corded scanner. Requires its own monthly Box Connection (see below).
Subscription
Two layers. You can use one or both. Pick your shape with the calculator below — the total updates live.
One Box per TV. The first is €10/mo; each additional is €7/mo. Different locations are fine (home, grandparents' house, etc.).
Recommended: 20 cards per child per month. Set to None to keep the Box scanning your existing collection without new card mailings.

Box Connection
Keeps every Box online and able to scan cards — required for any Box on your account. It's what the subscription pays for: the curated library, the no-algorithm playback, the parental controls, and keeping every link alive. (The videos themselves are free on YouTube — you're paying for the safe, calm way to watch them.)
Layer 2 — optional
Charm Cards
A fresh pack of curated cards arrives each month, picked from your child's age range. Optional — turn it off and your existing collection keeps working, as long as your Box Connection is active.

What we won't do
- ·Gate features behind a premium tier. There's one plan that matters — Box Connection — and it scans every card, including ones you bought years ago.
- ·Take away cards you've received. They're yours to keep — with an active Box Connection they keep working, and we'll never delete one or hide it behind an upsell.
- ·Hide ads in the catalog. We get paid by you, not by creators.
- ·Make cancelling annoying. You can downgrade or cancel from your account in two clicks.
- ·Sell your child's viewing data. We use it to improve curation. We don't share it.
